Any returned merchandise must be accompanied by the completed Merchandise Return form on the back of the invoice, within 15 days of the invoice date. Send the return, in original state, via UPS, FedEx or insured US Postal Service to the address on the Merchandise Return form. We cannot offer a refund for the shipping and handling charges, unless an error occurred on our part processing or shipping your order.
