Where does my product ship from?

We have two distribution centers (DC). Our corporate headquarters is located in Fairfield, Iowa, and our West Coast DC in Colton, California.
How long will it take to get my order once placed?

From either DC center it will take 2-4 days to receive your order once placed. If you are 150 miles or less from either DC center you may receive your product in 24 hours or less.

What is the difference between a grain and split grain glove?

Grain — Grain leather is the smooth external side of the hide. Grain leather provides durability and dexterity.

Split — Split leather is the rougher internal side of the hide. The different types of split are side, shoulder, or belly split.

Side Split — Side split comes from the rib area of the animal. This part of the leather is the most durable and provides the greatest protection because of its greater density of fibers.

Shoulder Split — Shoulder split is more economical than side split, but less durable. The additional movement of the animal in this shoulder area creates less fibers and a more visible texture difference.

Belly Split — Belly split leather is the most economical; however it has the least consistency of texture and appearance
I am looking for a specific glove, but don’t see it in your catalog, what should I do?

Please call us at our offices. We will and do special ordering for our customers specific to your needs. If you have a sample of the glove you are looking for, please send it to us with the information on size included and any specific details required on the glove.
